      No reason to work here as this the worst company to work.

      Cons

      Work pressure, 9 hours login hours, too much stress, 6 days working, ask to stretch for 3 -4 hours, ask to come at week off. a.c are not working on Saturdays and Sundays. They used cooler.

      Pros

      A lot of space to innovate and contribute towards company's growth. Exposure in terms of strategies, operations, BD is amazing. A lot of smart people around with great skills and experience add to the learning.

      Cons

      HR structure can be improves. A little cohesion between teams can be promoted although the speed at which we are growing, it's commendable how everyone is putting up a good tam effort.
