      Pros

      Awesome place to work if you want something challenging. A lot of things to explore and learn. People in oyorooms are not competitors they are supporters. Never seen such environment in company so far.

      Cons

      Hell lot of work to do. You have to complete with yourself there's no any competition here. Beating TAT is the only challenge which is somewhere killing the social life.
