I have been working with this company for more than an year now and no doubts to the fact that this is a place where you'll get infinite opportunities to learn and grow. This is a place where opportunities won't stop coming your way. There is a new challenge everyday which makes the work exciting. You get a lot of good projects to start from the scratch. They have an open culture where you can go and speak to any one anytime and about anything. None of the leadership team, Right from the CEO/COO to the AVPs/VPs have occupied a cabin for themselves. Each and every team member sits in the cubical. Folks love their work and party to the fullest. A very young and vibrant team which is full of energy. Compensation is good and they have flexi work hours.

I would love to work in oyo rooms because its a growing company. And I personally feel whosoever is in sales will love to work for a growing company because at that point company says do whatever you want to do but I want sales. and thats what a sales person wants. Dont bound your employees specially in sales.
