      Pros

      Good concept.. Solves a huge inventory problem for the travelers even in the most remote area's there is an OYO.

      Cons

      No management response to employees problems, no retention for profitable employees, no appreciation for setting new benchmarks!!

      Pros

      - Pay. They will exceed payscale but if you want to get your life screwed up, go ahead. - They were good initially but since they have hired new managers, they are blinded by them. They have created politics everywhere. Hence, join the company if you are good with politics.

      Cons

      - Do not join ux design team. If you don't trust me, read yourself on glassdoor. Filter the results with design as job title and you will see for yourself. - Heavy Politics played by Mid Level Managers in design team. - Everyone in design team is leaving now because of bad environment.
