      You can work hard and grow really fast in the organisation. You will always have the freedom to bring positive changes to the way a project is handled. Supportive and friendly people

      Long working hours (Not really a downside because the work requirements in a startup are uncertain.

      Dynamic work environment with very tiny office and disinterested people afraid of losing their jobs

      Cons

      No work life balance, too much pressure, they throw you out in 3 months, no job security

      Business is growing as it squeezes blood from employees.

      Cons

      * Round on Whatsapp. Be ready to participate in 50+ WA groups. Key tasks comes there... * With the strength of fund, after hiring they treat you as slaves. * Illegal structure as they compel you to work 14+ hours. If you work for 10 hrs, you are not needed * Many key leaders left them due to this bad way of working Just stay away from Oyo and don't sell your peace for money.
