      I have been working at OYO full-time (More than a year) - Great work life balance - Good compensation - Lot to learn - Open environment - Health Insurance and Claim

      Cons

      Although work varies from team to team and sometimes you have to stretch a bit but that's how one can learn and grow.

      Salary is on time, no pros apart from this which I could mention.

      Cons

      They will make you work like slaves. They don't allow you to survive more than a year. Joining this company is a waste of career. Would suggest all of you don't spoil your future here.
