Pros

Open culture and very chilled out attitude.

Cons

Target are unrealistic, month on month target keeps increasing by 2x, system is engineered in such a way that you won't be able to achieve your targets and our out, plus as a part of sales you have to look into operational issues which is really stressing. And your main competitors are customers, customers are getting better rates than b2b, this causes a lot of issues in business.

I had 6 years of work experience with MBA but the one who I am reporting has only one years of experience and still I am reporting to him!!! One of the worst company to work with, no ethics in terms of office timings, sometimes we worked even till 11.30 PM at night, also their business terms with hoteliers are bad they didnt wanted to work with OYO,..
