      Pros

      Pay is great, that’s how they lured quality people to the company, but pay will be reduced soon.

      Cons

      Everything, they hired tons of BDMs and people in other roles just to let them go within months. Some even had job offers cancelled after they quit their other job.

      Base pay was great. Heard it's since been reduced.

      Cons

      Micromanaging Environment. Managers who haven't worked in Canada and don't understand a Canadian Sales Cycle. Expectation to answer the phone 24/7, even at 11pm at night. No serious leadership bringing down the morale of the Canadian team. Too many whatsapp groups and redundant documentation. The list just goes on and on.....
