Pros

They overpay peoples for the sixty days or less that they will get to work there.

Cons

Everything else. You are selling a fraudulent product and working for pathological liars. They recruit people away from good jobs, telling them all about how wonderful OYO is and all the opportunity. Then you get into the role and find out that all of your potential customers know that your company’s entire strategy is just lowering prices until the hotel’s rates are low enough to increase occupancy by attracting hookers and drug dealers. And then you get “laid off” less than a month into your job, along with 361 other coworkers. DO NOT WORK HERE. They rolled out a new strategy, and then changed it three times

Pros

- The people, like most places, it's made by the people and the people are nice - Good exposure on how NOT to do things in business - Fairly flexible - Good base salary

Cons

- Everything you read in the negative reviews is true (EU & US), I can't comment on India. - There's no structure, goals come from thin air with no data, no direction, management are not trained let alone anyone else - India don't listen to a word anyone on the ground in the EU/US says - No change management after they merged two completely different groups of companies from different sides of the world - No company culture, it's toxic - Nobody has any answers and they blame it on "the OYO way" - They have fired over 5000 people from one day to the next, from wanting to hire over 100 people a month to firing people - Nobody takes responsibility, suddenly everyone is unreachable - No work/life balance, all corporate communication is done on Whatsapp?!? Expect messages at 10pm on Friday night from team in India - No career path
