      Profile promised is 100% different from what is told at the interview Unfriendly and inefficient head office staff Management is not concerned about women safety. They have a 0 tolerance for sexual harassment but call women employee to work on a state shut down day. When there is violence all around.

      1) Well, you really have to work here! Forget about execution or repeating what has been done already, OYO actually offers you opportunities that you will not get anywhere else at such an early stage of your career. 2) The environment is very upbeat, there is a lot of enthusiasm in the culture and people are really bright.

      If you are looking for work life balance, then this is not the place to be!
