Pros

OpenTable has a unique way of making each employee feel valued. Form supervisors to upper level management, they truly have an interest in your success in your role. The culture is extremely welcoming and supportive and most of the time feels more like family and friends rather than just co-workers. They have plenty of paths to grow your career and even host “career days” to explain these growth options. Additionally, they have a mentor program to help you achieve your goals. Hands down the best company I’ve worked for. They really got it right.

Cons

They will cover public transportation but not parking which can be very expensive.
