The culture is extremely welcoming and supportive and most of the time feels more like family and friends rather than just co-workers. They have plenty of paths to grow your career and even host “career days” to explain these growth options. Additionally, they have a mentor program to help you achieve your goals. Hands down the best company I’ve worked for. They really got it right.
