Pros

If you're a new grad, you'll get a great feel for how software engineering is done at a big organization. If you're working on applications, you'll acquire skills in web technologies and specific application domain knowledge. Great food in the cafes, though they don't rotate them much.

Cons

Communication with teams across the globe is difficult.
