Pros

Easy to balance work and life good working environment nice campus good facilities exposure to the ERP domain of the product you are working on Oracle brand

Cons

No Hike from 3 yrs almost no bonus too Exposure to limited technologies not a great place to build your skill set you need to be too pro-active to work on good projects and learn new technologies

Pros

flex working hours working from home allowed competitive pay good work-life balance

Cons

no avenues for promotion no avenues for salary increase / no bonuses upper management makes all decisions, engineers are helpless too family oriented, not recommended for people fresh out of college Too little work, makes you feel useless. Not innovative enough poor communication of project goals/feature set to engineers by upper management. engineers feeling tossed around from project to project
