Pros
Mostly good products, good benefits, regular training courses, fair on expenses.
Cons
Nobody is accountable, managers solely manage up, the customers aren't treated well, Oracle use their own software terribly so visibility is poor and the amount of process in your day to day job is ridiculous. No opportunities for pay rises. If you are paid below your value the only way you'll get a bump is by leaving and coming back.
