Pros

1.Good knowledgeable people around. 2.Paid well for your time.

Cons

1. Pathetic Indian client base 2. Lack of process as compared to any service based companies 3. You wont feel like working for prestigious company like Oracle after Joining Oracle ACS - Mumbai 4. Oracle ACS has their own rule sets and doesn't follow the actual Oracle processes. 5. Very non compliant and unethical working culture when it comes to contracts and work scope with Indian banking clients. 6.Haphazard hierarchy structure

Pros

Strong but peaceful recruiting process, good trainings and career paths, not only work from home but work from wherever you want, make your own schedule as long as you produce what's requested from you; strong values in terms of conflict of interests, information protection, etc.

Cons

Maybe too much information and not always well structured.
