      Bad working experience at OFSS

      Pros

      Although OFSS is totally not the real "Oracle", you also can write it on your resume. I think it's quite a good experience to do Java development in "Oracle" when you are applying other software development jobs.

      Cons

      Low pay, push you to do overtime with no pay, always assign you tasks 10 minutes before you can go back. Almost every month some developers leave this small team, but they don't care, because there is no difference between senior developers' job and juniors'. Manager is rude, the company culture is bad.

      Balanced work life. Apart from this I see nothing else.

      Very bad managers. Salary is very low. Work is so boring. Nothing challenging you will have to do here.
