Pros
Flexible schedule, for the most part good co-workers. Flexible schedule....oh, did I mention that already?
Cons
Upper level management only out for themselves. Will throw any employee under the bus if it serves them. No pay increases (if you are hired be sure you are happy with your pay, because that is what you are going to get for some time). Much talk given about "employees are keys to success for company" but reality is employees are treated like interchangable pieces, with directors always looking for cheaper alternatives (hiring in China and India locations going up, N.A. locations going down).
