      Pros

      Very dynamic profit and goal oriented company. It has updated thier legacy portfolio and made a strong move into cloud.

      Cons

      Each line of business is isolated from each other. Very often having opposite directions and KPU for the same topic. This creates unnesssary internal completion and makes you lose your face in front of customers. Changes aften take place leaving little flexibity for an employee to stay and do what they wanted and what they came for

      I really cannot think of any pros.

      Cons

      No true company culture within GBUs since everything is an M&A and no one truly knows what has to happen to how the integration needs to be handled. No rules, guidelines and standards. If you are political enough, this is the place for you. If all you care is about output, then find another company to work for.
