Pros

- They don't make you work overtime so that's nice I guess

Cons

- They do not value their employees, only shareholder value - Cancelled all promotions to "invest in AI" and then fired 20% of the workforce a few months later

Pros

Work is stable, and onboarding processes are structured. Team members generally will take the time out of their day to help you. Oracle is a big established company, so it is fairly easy to jump from product to product.

Cons

Old tech stack. Very difficult to get increase in pay / promotion. Management is not transparent, not good at managing employees. No work life balance, managers will continuously assign more work (even more with the expectation of AI increasing productivity)
