Oracle Hospitality - Since COVID I have had the option to work remote full time.

Cons

Very global company, making collaboration among your team difficult to schedule. NO Cost of Living (COL) for pay rase, only through promotions. There is bones, but not based on performance reviews. All of Oracle’s Business Units are siloed. So, none no very little collaboration.
