Great colleagues but poor management and pay issues

There’s a lot of great people to work with. Work life balance is fair.

Cons

Layoff uncertainty. Some managers are good but some really don’t deserve to be in their roles but stayed too long due to politics. Lots of good people laid off but crappy ACS Consulting Practice Manager from the US remains. Totally no people skills and should be trained how to be a leader. Pay isn’t that great. No salary increases for 4years? Just got quarterly VCs and RSUs. Promotions aren’t that welcome. I’ve nominated deserving top performers many times but gets screened by US leadership, budget? Nah.
