Pros

Advanced Customer Support management has a strong team focus. They hold regular Zoom conferences for the entire division keeping us all aware of major efforts.

Cons

Massive emphasis on sales efforts. Even within Advanced Customer Support, there is so much focus on sales, closing deals, and contract details that it is difficult to tell what this division is actually producing to be sold.
