Pros

-Oracle Benefits - Insurance, Leave policies, WFH Flexibility, Cabs depending on office and timings - Product Expertise - Domain Expertise

Cons

- Micromanagement is promoted here - Overloading work with no pay increase, false hopes of higher role/exposure/correction later - Management will rather see that you are silenced rather than correct the issues leading to any negative aspects in the team - No one likes when you raise your voice and ask a valid question about how something is wrong in the project - It feels almost like a government role, work , deploy, support, repeat. - Ask for different project, you will mostly get something worse than what you are in
