Pros

Food and Drinks are available. People are generally pretty friendly and open to ideas. Most of the people you work with directly are really great. They are constantly working to improve and refine the process and quality of the product. You can speak pretty frankly and they might not do much about it but you won't be punished.

Cons

Some of the teams who work at HQ are a huge pain. Don't get much choice on the projects you work on and the software is 15 years old at parts and a clunky monster. Lots of legacy code.

Pros

Good benefits, flexible working schedule, fun coworkers

Cons

There isn't a focus on retaining current employees. No specific directions or path for career growth. They need to work on growing people who have been committed to the company for a significant amount of time instead of hiring in new people to take higher paying roles. Even for employees who want to stay, the minimal raises and lack of bonuses/stock grants after hire make income go down over time. Good employees can't afford to stay here and watch new people come in and take higher salaries. Super demoralizing.
