Pros

Access to technical support library unlimited and reach upper leves of support or engineering to gain deep knowledge of the products, former employees are very nice and always able to help you about questions or concerns regarding the day to day duties. The salary and benefits where good.

Cons

The shifts schedules and the way to interact with the field support guys is not always the best part of the day to day duties. ask for a salaray raise is not easy after you sign your job contract,

-Work life balance is awesome in Oracle -Free coffee/tea(Vending Machine) with biscuits -Laptop for all employee -Mobile and data card bill re-reimbursement -Awards for hard-working employees -Work from home option -You will get free stationary -Hike is okay

Cons

-No food -No cab -Not much onsite opportunity -PDIT team is not that great to work as there is not much hike and also no onsite.
