Pros
Nice work environment, acceptable working schedule, nice medical private services.
Cons
Limited career growth possibilities, no salary growth (if you don't know this from the beginning you remain with the small salary), no other bonuses, the obligation to work on weekends or during public holidays (on rota). The company is managed by the HR department, and we are all "fresh meat" or "only records", we are not representing much than what is in their evidences. They are closing the GSD across the EMEA, offices with people with 17-20 years experience in a product. Old and experienced people will never be replaced by the new comes.
