Pros
competitive, smart and very competitive bunch of people, on the whole people are easy to work with. Things got a little crazy at the last 12 months of it's existence, but otherwise management generally had good (if sometimes misguided) intentions.
Cons
suit and tie, top management takes care of themselves first. There seem to be a perception that you are only good if you have an MBA (particularly from the ivy leagues) and that MBAs can do anything, even if they have absolutely no aptitude, experience, or interest in the particular part of the job. E.g. QA, UI design, software design.
