      Bad pay but flexible.

      Pros

      It is very flexible in terms of work hours. You can work from home if you need to, but sometimes this will depend on your manager. But in general, as long as you get your work done, they are pretty lenient about these things. There is also a gym on campus, where you can work out, or play sports (basketbal, volleyball, badminton, swimming, etc).

      Cons

      Salary adjustments and bonus are not much (if any). If you work at Oracle for too long, your salary will be far below the market rate. Opportunity of career growth for engineers is small. A lot of bogus rules are implemented to make sure it is hard to get promoted.

      Pros

      One of the best reasons to work for Oracle FS is the flexibility and oppurtunities that such a large company brings. Within such a large company there are a number of oppertunities within Oracle. Affter getting aquired by Oracle, there hands off management (at my level) has been a positive.

      Cons

      One of the downsides to working for Oracle FS is the internal policies and precedures (althought nessicary) sometimes being a pain to deal with.

      Pros

      Easy money, good place to hide until retirement!

      Cons

      Too big, too slow, truly awful internal systems and software. For instance I worked abroad and had to submit all timesheets and expenses twice. Once for my home country and once for the 'billing' country. Everything outsourced to India, I accidentally submitted a timesheet twice, to get it reversed I had to get 7 approvals and supply the guy in india with the row_ids of the timesheets to delete directly on the database.
