      Pros

      Oracle performs financially which translates into a solid reliable place to work provided your product area is maintaining market share / revenue. There aren't many surprises, so it offers that comfort as well.

      Cons

      Large portfolio of technology products can create self-competition. Public recognition of outstanding individual performance or effort is not part of the culture, though it does happen. If you need this to be satisfied with an employer, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

      Pros

      Was working with the product Development team very good and friendly environment. You will learn the best of the Retail Banking. If you want to gain Finance and banking knowledge its the best. Seniors and managers were cool(experience depends on team to team).

      Cons

      Not much.... but still people leaving cause of salary and abroad opportunities. But as its the policy from Oracle... With big name lots of new policies
