Business Outlook
Pros
Oracle is a great company and offers great incentives to join their career family. They offer tuition reimbursement, 401k matches up to 6%, great health benefits (including vision and dental), continued learning via the Oracle University, on site cafe's and gourmet cafeteria, and onsite work out facilities.
Cons
It is difficult to move up in the corporation due to the vast competition and politics. Also, if your position can be done cheaper somewhere else they will outsource you and lay you off. I have seem multiple major layoffs in the past 5 years.
