Business Outlook

Pros

- The company has really good coding standards - Almost follows best industry standard practices - Work life balance depends on your team - Works on various tech stacks (java, ruby , aws) - Pay is decent (not too low, not too high) - Work culture is really good (As it follows US work culture)

Cons

- Engineer is expected to provide free support on weekends based on rooster - Not much freedom to implement things. - You get to explore more, but less to learn as most of things are already setup (typical MNC issues) - Your work life balance depends on your team
