-Good work-life balance (team dependent) -All team members are nice/helpful and care about the companies values and goals

Cons

-Comp/Benefits are not competitive with industry standard, No annual bonuses at all -Senior leadership is uninspiring/plastic and very out of touch with what associates care about -Career advancement and relevant tech skill development will quickly stagnate -Leadership is very tunnel-visioned to be "client-focused" and will proritize client needs over everything else (e.g. technical debt and continuous learning)

To get a chance to work on new tech-stack To get the proper development work, usually in some teams its the defect-bug fixing work(support work). But the trend is changing now and most of the teams are getting good enhancements projects on new technologies like React, Ruby on Rails, Rest API, etc The process is bit lengthy, being a healthcare company they follow a long and strict process even for one line of fix defect. So in case of bug fixing most of the time goes in process instead of proper development.
