      Benefits are great - definitely a flexible company.

      Cons

      Self Service for employees outside of sales to a point of extreme inefficiency. Very easy to get complacent b/c of flexibility. Little opportunity for advancement in many groups. Raises are hard to come by, and are frequently given by way of dive-and-saves.

      Pros

      Large company with a lot of opportunity that supports moves into other departments if you desire a change or and to experience another area of the business. Oracle is a mature company with well built and fairly efficient standard processes, although internal process can be lengthy and slow at times. They have a good work-life balance, and rarely do layoffs.

      Cons

      Does not promote upward growth easily and pay raises are few and far between. Very few perks for employees, no holiday parties, swag, snack, etc. They tend to pay a on the lower end of the industry avg salary for most position and generally view employees as replaceable.
