- Flexible work hours (work from home) - No micro-management, in my role I get a lot of self-management - Very clever colleagues - Nice office, nice restaurant

Cons

- very process driven , hard to get any done without yet another template to fill out or review board to attend - no middle management empowerment - some basic decisions/purchases need to be approved by top of management. - No significant salary increases or bonus for the last 4 years - Career progression quite tricky - Quite a lot of competition/ in-fighting between departments

Lots of smart people. Flexible work environment. Good location and cafe and gym.

Cons

Pay, complacency from long timers who hang out and hide under the radar. Acquisition employees get placed in front of veteran Oracle employees and are continued to be paid well from their previous company's pay and the Oracle folks end up down the ladder even though they have the expertise and time in w/ Oracle.
