      Pros

      - great sales training - good product exposure - good learning ground - sales oriented, so high achievers make good money and very big incentives

      Cons

      - beurocratic like most large organizations are, you need to wait your turn to grow up the management chain - some times there may not be enough transparency in how promotions are made ; it is not always based on performance or relevant experience, but this was from 8 years ago, things may have changed for the better - i would always like to go back and work there

      Multi-cultural, flexible working hours, friendly colleagues depended on your team. If you are driven and proactive, there are plenty of opportunities.

      Cons

      There are not many team-bonding and cross-team building activities, but the country leader is currently working to improve it. It is a sales-oriented culture. It can be very stressful if you dont hit your number.
