Pros

High flexibility at work. Ability to participate on projects end to end. There is not so much enforcement from leaders in terms of how to do things and reach the goal.

Cons

Sometimes politics comes into play and the most rational solution from engineering point of view may not be the chosen one.

Pros

Pay was quite competitive. Health insurance options were also quite good.

Cons

Engineers are quite talented, but are ruled by the management. Managers also act as scrum masters, and some of them take the word 'master' quite literally. No raises or bonus payouts the entire time I was employed. Some managers play favorites, enabling some engineers and passive aggressively encouraging others to leave. General morale seems to be quite low, with people putting in just enough to get their paychecks. They started a mandatory year-end vacation policy, but the vacation days come out of your vacation quota. So if you'd already taken vacation before and running low on vacation balance, prepare to go into negative quota.
