Pros

1) Great work-life balance, very good paychecks when joining. Good place if you want to settle down. 2) Flexibility and employee friendly environment. May get work from home but depends on Manager. 3) Promotions can happen timely. 4) Good place to learn about products. 5) No issues with leaves.

Cons

1) Dont expect hikes and bonuses, if your Product and BU is doing good you may get a "Tip". 2) Your Manager is everything for you. They make their own policies especially for Work From Home. HR's seems to have only role of hiring and exit policy else they never interact. 3) Not much processes are followed.

Pros

1) huge company, but teams have a start-upish atmosphere. 2) Software processes are well structured and one can experience all aspects of a release 3) flexible work timings 4) lots of interesting cutting edge work to pick from.

Cons

1) some processes have too much red tape. 2) seniority is often based on years of experience rather than job performance 3) geographically diverse teams, so lots of meetings and productive work to be done over phone outside normal work hours
