      Pros

      Oracle has a collection of industries with numerous career opportunities if you want to build experience and climb the corporate ladder. Good Private Health Care Insurance and depending where you live Corporate discounts are available mostly in North America. Numerous online courses and certification mostly free and if it cost money, Manager approval is needed to complete the certification at the company expense.

      Cons

      Salary does not increase with experience and certifications. Either be a pesky pain to your manager to get promoted or leave to get a better deal. Sad reality with most large companies or perhaps all companies. And you also get some people who are absolute nutters. the same most companies. So choose your Career and Manager wisely !

      Pros

      Great environment to work in. Very supportive managers. Technology is easy to learn.

      Cons

      Slow promotion recently, amid everyone tenured says movement is easy. Movement is easy, but only for lateral movements. Promotion opportunities come by really slowly, even with all the effort you show. Even after all initiatives, and certifications you acquire. Pay in the Philippines is not good and has not been since 2019 (it's 2023 now). That's why lots of employees have been leaving.
