      Pros

      Good managers (you can learn from them), plenty of time to learn new things, flexible hours, you get more responsibilities as long as you show you can handle them. Tight death lines are rare.

      Cons

      There are coworkers that under perform, managers know it and do nothing. Some people get stuck in customer support and that's it for the rest of their life.

      Oracle is an uneventful place to work

      Pros

      There is an onsite gym that employess may use whenever. It is great for taking breaks from an uneventful day. The hours are really flexible depending on the group.

      Cons

      There is not much group dynamic to the Enterprise Manager team. Release Management makes a lot of demands that nobody can actually back up in time. This results in an extended showstopper mode where everything gets scrutinized for months. I find that I spend the majority of my time working on stabilization rather than looking for inventive new solutions.
