      Pros

      Fantastic place to explore your technical abilities. Good software products (which often do not sell well). Laid back culture - (Flexible timings, work from home).

      Cons

      Poor sales planning, causing a lot of good products to be shut down. Poor retention policy - a few good-for-nothing management folks have taken their positions for granted and would do little to hold back employees. Despicable pay - you wait and wait and wait for a hike. However, the super-flexible work timings make it difficult for people with kids to even think about looking out. The management uses this well to their advantage.
