Pros

High Salary for Campus Recruitments Flexible Working Hours Working from Home Very friendly Environment

Cons

The slowest growth rate compared to any other company. Lesser Salary. It takes 5-6 even 10 years for one Promotion Its mainly a Manager Driven company, so if you dont have good repo with you Boss, you are screwed.

Pros

Flexible hours, Good Benefits, Sick time is very reasonable, Depending on the team you work on it can be a great place to work.

Cons

Vacation starts at 13 days and caps at 18 after 3 years, timeoff is earned on a paycheck by paycheck basis. Some corporate policies make a developers life much harder. Tech stack approval is a pain. Career development path is setup but very difficult to traverse. Extremely bright employees will feel the progression is slow.
