      - Lots of infrastructure support for whatever needs you may have to do your job effectively - Available learning tools

      Cons

      - Doing more or performing better year over year does not necessarily result to increase in base pay (you have to make a case for yourself otherwise management will not drive it for you) - Big company -- lots of red tape and lack of transparency in some decisions

      You can negotiate a good salary while joining. People are generally nice. The company is trying to modernize so good learnings is possible depending on the team.

      Not much growth once you are in. There may be a change in title but monetarily you cannot expect much.
