      Working with some of the latest technology, constantly changing. It is hit or miss regarding the managers... Some care some

      Cons

      Not a lot of room for growth. Constant re-org changes, constantly hiring over-seas. No raises what so ever. Policy changes change when the wind does.

      Pros

      Very laid back atmosphere. Lots of exposure to diff technologies (juniper, cisco, f5, windows/linux servers). great environment for self starters and independent workers. i met my direct manager once in 3 years. you are responsible for being professional and handling your work load.

      Cons

      not too much training involved. you'll need to come in the door with a decent idea of these technologies. to be a major company, their documentation is almost non existent, however you are more than welcome to submit your own documentation regarding configs etc. pay is lower than most companies, so you better negotiate well at the door. raises? yea right. bonuses? yea right.

      Pros

      The most important thing here is the work environment. While no one is disturbing you, you can concentrate on your job better. Flexible work hours helps you to do also other stuff and you are not required to stay full-time at the office.

      Cons

      The company is too "corporate". The interaction between departments it's very low or missing. Self service "everything" makes some entry-level employees confused and helpless in some situations.
