If you love oracle products then this is a great chance to learn more from the inside.

Cons

No advancement or raises even when company makes huge profits. Working with people who have lost love for the company and work. Everyone just enduring the job to get away. Culture makes it clear that you are not valued or needed. Just a cog in a machine that they will happily replace. Soul sucking experience.

Pros

The best part of working at Oracle is the flexibility that you get as its a huge company. Flexi hours, good leaves are the good aspects.

Cons

Personally I am not happy here because my Product was discontinued and ever since then, the quality of work has deteriorated big time. The pay hikes happen only once in two years and you end up lagging behind from the rest of the people your age.
