Pros

Good Work culture Company for married women ( who can go home soon and take care of their kids)

Cons

No Perks ( Every year company will look for reason for no hike/bonus) Company set the unattainable target then only they can say, company didn't perform as expected. Employer never care about employee. If you quit there will be 10 people waiting for to get in, And anyone can do the same job you did in next 2 month. Because they are using oldest technology. No innovation. You can't learn anything new.

Pros

Good people if you are under good management, decent pay if you are in the right position/group, making a difference, Oracle is the industry standard for DB technology

Cons

Huge company can result in people competing to do your job. Comp and bonuses are spotty--the company does not recognize loyalty or company longevity. Businesses outside DB are suffering and are not agile enough to respond to market demands.

Pros

Flexibility. No one cares when you come and when you go. Its not a problem if you don't meet the target, or even if you do.

Cons

Extremely difficult to actually start doing something challenging. Developers spend all the time fixing bugs. Development is also mostly understanding their proprietary API that are buggy and undocumented. Knowing people is more important than know technology. No hikes and no bonuses. Salary stays same to 2-3 years and then increases a little bit.
