Pros

Flexible hours, you can work remotely any time you want, if management allows it. Tons of brilliant people to work with, Some of the most intelligent people are here and are very open, kind, and welcoming. Never a dull moment, something always interesting in the development pipeline.

Cons

Flexible hours also means you could end up working overtime, heavy start-up mentality despite all of the financial securities, the benefits are not good enough in the long run. Heavy inequality, top coders get the same benefits as the worst ones, only incentive to work is self-advancement.

Depends only on you immediate MGR on how you flourish inside the org.

Cons

Your work life balance may go off at anytime. Your HR and recruiting MGR may not reveal all the secrets of what non sense you are going to do once you are in...so be prepared !! Expect no hikes. Worst food in cafeteria. Once a good org..choose this org carefully
