Pros
1. Training and development is excellent as you would be getting trained from Oracle University. 2. Donot expect any increment after you join. negotiate as much as you can when you join. Because it is sure..u will not get increment for min 2 yrs. 4. If you are in Consulting, then its a good place to work, and so with product development. But if you are into support services(Especially Cloud Services/On Demand), your life is hell. So suggest to get into Oracle SSI/Product development/Testing. Then you will never get such a cool company.
Cons
1. No hike for 2 years and more. Negotiate as much as you can when joining. 2. Do not join Oracle Cloud Services/On Demand. It is the WORST place to work. they really do not care about resources life. 3. Very shrewd and cunning Management from top to bottom. Oracle On Demand/Cloud Services is a dumping place of aged people. They will never leave the org till they retire and will play really cheap politics to keep their position and climb the ladder. 4. No promotion for atleast 3 yrs. Buttering thereafter might bring some results.
