Pros

Very good work/life balance. Relaxed and friendly work environment. Plenty of opportunity to work on interesting projects, even for junior employees. Lots of independence (depending on manager). Benefits are pretty good (health/dental/vision insurance are good plans and affordable, 401k matching is nice).

Cons

Pay isn't competitive with other major tech companies. Little opportunity for movement or advancement within the company. Few holidays (8 per year), little vacation (13-18 depending on seniority, but 4 mandatory at Christmas). High turnover leads to bad morale.
