      Pros

      Great colleagues. Internal nice atmoshere. Big technology company where you can learn a lot. Job was alternately.

      Cons

      Last years less investment in personnel. Both from education perspective as salary. The company innovates, but the pace is too low.

      Good benefits, very nice team colleagues, options for career progression, but they are only options...

      Cons

      Even though you have options for career progression, unfortunately your management won't support you much. You have to drive everything on your own which can be tiring. For people who are motivated to get experience based on real customer exposure this isn't the right place to be. You won't be inspired by the company culture and management leadership. Also the company claims to be divers in their workforce, I can't see that at all and usually all the promotions go ti the Irish. So don't expect fairness or being treated the same way if you aren't having the right accent or appearance.
