Pros

- Great people to work with - Amazing product. I specifically supported the RAC/ASM product. - Very organized - I loved their Knowledge Base and how people contribute to it. - The training was amazing.

Cons

- Not necessarily a con against the company but a support job has inherent limitations. I struggled being tied to my desk for 8 hours during my shift having to be available to answer the phone at all times. - Oracle is so big at times it feels like you get lost in the shuffle. That said, every large company I have worked for has the same issue.
